Electromagnetic Propulsion
The basic principle of electromagnetic propulsion is that a magnetic field can be used to exert force on an electrically charged object. In this method, an electric current is passed through a wire or coil, generating a magnetic field around the object. In fact, most organic spectroscopy techniques, such as infrared (IR) spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, and ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy, use electromagnetic radiation to study the behavior of organic molecules.
