DURHAM, N.C. - ncarol.com -- The Home Builders Association (HBA) of Durham, Orange, & Chatham (DOC) Counties was proud to announce its award recipients for 2024 recently at Hope Valley Country Club in Durham. Awards were presented to the following deserving individuals:
Builder of the Year – Lee Bowman, Legion Land & Development
Associate of the Year – Benjamin UySmith, Prestige Financial Group
Affiliate of the Year – Rick Morgan, Movement Mortgage - Durham
Rookie of the Year – Dan Brown, WasteAway Site Services
Director of the Year – Erica Leatham, M/I Homes
Chairman's Award for Excellence– Kim Stewart, The Appliance Center
Chairman's Award for Excellence– Cameron King, Sherwin-Williams
Chairman's Award for Excellence– Janice Ward, Retracting Solutions
Kenneth Combs, President of CQC Home, was installed as the 56th Chairman of the Board of the HBA DOC in installation ceremonies at the same event. Mitch Barron of Dan Ryan Homes and three-time HBA DOC Past Chairman formally installed Combs.
