Organizers expect more than 1000 attendees to attend the first-time virtual summit. Spread over 3 days the conference will cover Office, Multifamily, Retail, Mixed-Use, Affordable Housing & successful development, placemaking and institutional investment. Day 3 of the gathering will be a series of case studies looking at Jersey City's most Innovative Projects including Bayfront, The Cove, SciTech Scity, Harborside & Canal Crossing.
