Adam is a FocalPoint Certified Business Performance Coach & Trainer with 36 years of experience in publicly held (DuPont, GE, Cabot Microelectronics), private equity backed and family owned Industrial and Services companies profitably growing complex P&L's and developing excellence, across the full bandwidth of business functions.

Prior to his most recent role as COO for the promotional products industry leader, Adam was a successful business executive in a wide range of sectors, from semi-conductors, to transportation equipment services, industrial supplies, financial services and nuclear waste management.
