Emily "Ellie" Spencer joins Spencer Properties full time!

RALEIGH, N.C. - ncarol.com -- We are delighted to announce that Ellie Spencer is now full-time as a Buyer Agent and Property Manager with Spencer Properties!  She just graduated from NC State with a management degree and she will be closing on her first home in July.  She has assisted several buyers in purchasing their new homes over the past few years since she became a licensed agent in 2020.

She obtained her real estate license while attending NC State University full-time, no small feat!  Now that she has graduated, she is off to the races representing a number of buyers to find, lockdown, negotiate and close on their ideal home!

She has worked in the family business since she was very young in a variety of roles from answering phones to stuffing envelopes, delivering flyers to acting as our runner, and, most recently, she was a showing agent on the team. She even modeled for some of our comedy ad campaigns as a pre-schooler!

If you think she is an "Ellie-of-All-Trades" at work (We won't say "Jack" because that's her brother's name.), you should see her at home.  This gal cooks, sings, sews, skis, plays guitar, crafts, and manages a booming Facebook Marketplace business and Hay Day farm!
