CHICAGO - ncarol.com -- Heather Brown has been named Chief Executive Officer of Eight Bit Studios, a Chicago-based B2B service provider known for exceptional user experience, design, and app development. She will be the first CEO in the studio's 12-year history.

Heather begins her CEO tenure 18 months after Eight Bit adopted a work-from-home policy in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. She will be leading the company and its 30+ employees as they embrace a more hybrid work model moving forward.

Heather Brown has been instrumental in that climb, having joined the team in 2012 as a Project Manager and steadfastly demonstrating her passion, commitment, and zeal for all things Eight Bit. Within 4 years, Heather was promoted to Director of Project Management where she helped define the role and shape delivery processes. Heather continued to thrive over the next 4 years which led to another promotion, this time to the executive management team where she was pivotal in further developing Eight Bit's mission and core values. As Managing Partner, Heather led strategic financial planning and goal setting initiatives, establishing success metrics, and lining up business partnerships to help achieve them.
