CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 17, 2025 ~ Duke Energy (NYSE: DUK) has announced that its annual shareholders meeting will be held online on Thursday, May 1 at 1 p.m. ET. The meeting will provide an opportunity for shareholders to participate, vote on company and shareholder proposals, and submit questions.
During the meeting, Duke Energy President and CEO Harry Sideris will give an overview of the company's performance in 2024 and its progress in modernizing energy to meet growing demand while continuing to deliver value for stakeholders.
Shareholders can access the meeting online or by phone, as outlined in Duke Energy's proxy statement. It is recommended to use Google Chrome as the browser for online access.
