The Outdoor Tech brand will contribute value to the Dialectic service offering by providing direct to consumer expertise.

Work has begun to ensure a smooth transition and integration of Outdoor Tech into Dialectic. Outdoor Tech will operate a satellite office out of Southern California and all logistics and finance will be run from New Jersey and Miami.
