Key Financial Highlights for Six Months Ended June 30, 2023, Compared to Prior Year Period:

• *2023 Revenues of ~$5.0 Million vs 2022 Revenues of ~$3.3 Million

o   *(51% increase from the six months ended June 30, 2022)

• *2023 EBITDA of $546,348 vs 2022 EBITDA of $(92,894) (Loss)

o   *(688% increase from the six months ended June 30, 2022)

• *2023 Net Income of $395,936 vs 2022 Net Income of $(226,135) (Loss)

o   *(275% increase from the six months ended June 30, 2022)

Management Commentary:

Chief Executive Officer Christopher Williams commented, "Now we have completed two-quarters of solid growth, at our current pace and pending market conditions, we are on track for annual revenues of ~$10,000,000. If achieved, we will surpass 2022 revenues".
