("Cherry Health"). On December 21, 2023, Cherry Health detected suspicious activity on its computer network, indicating a data breach. Based on a subsequent forensic investigation, Cherry Health determined that cybercriminals infiltrated its inadequately secured computer systems. The investigation further determined that these unauthorized cybercriminals improperly accessed files containing the sensitive personal information of potentially 184,372 individuals:

• Names
• Social Security numbers
• Medical information
• Financial account information
• Dates of birth
• Addresses
• Telephone numbers
• Health insurance information
