Former CMO returns to company with expanded experience and renewed vigor
RALEIGH, N.C. - ncarol.com -- Brooks Bell, Inc., the technology-enabled agency dedicated to helping global brands build remarkable customer experiences through conversion rate optimization and personalization, today announced that it has hired Gregory Ng as its new chief executive officer. Gregory worked for Brooks Bell from 2008-2015 in various roles including chief marketing officer, chief strategy officer and vice president of sales, and returns to Brooks Bell after stints at PointSource and Globant.

Gregory previously worked for PointSource, a digital transformation agency, as the vice president of digital engagement, and marketed the company through its acquisition in 2017 by Globant. At Globant, Gregory took on the role of chief strategy officer, US East, where he created innovative solutions for clients' digital and cognitive transformations.

Brooks stepped into the role of Executive Chairman earlier this year when diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer, and has spent the year searching for a replacement CEO. She has now completed treatment and continues to focus on her health, thought leadership and the strategic direction of the company.
