LONDON - ncarol.com -- Axiros, a leader in CPE Device Management and zero-touch customer experience solutions, today announced that Connect Fibre UK has selected Axiros to be their preferred TR-069 device management partner.

Axiros enabled their carrier grade AXESS/AXTRACT products with advanced WiFi Analytics platform AXWIFI to manage Connect Fibre's router estate. This will be a cloud-based platform delivery, managed by our partner BMCOM, based out of Czech Republic.

Deryck Shepherd from Connect Fibre commented: "The capabilities of Axiros' TR-069 solutions allow Connect Fibre to efficiently configure, monitor, and optimise our customers' WiFi networks. Our help desk can now instantly provide unrivalled valuable insights to customers when they experience issues, allowing the full power of their gigabit capable connections to be unlocked."

"This was an exciting challenge for us at Axiros," said Tomas Kotis, Product Owner AXWIFI at Axiros. "Yet, the result is even more awarding. Connect Fibre's customers will be enjoying the best possible WiFi experience with the lowest interference thanks to the autonomous WiFi optimization. The technical support teams can use the AXWIFI Customer Support Portal for WiFi troubleshooting should any problem occur. And all of that based on standardized communication with CPEs – new CPE or existing CPE deployed in the field already."
