New Room Alert monitor bundles help protect occupants against a wide range of potentially harmful conditions

WARREN, R.I. - ncarol.com -- AVTECH Software (AVTECH), the leading provider of proactive environment monitoring solutions, today announced two new Room Alert monitor bundles designed to safeguard personnel and optimize indoor air quality within facilities.

In business for over 35 years, AVTECH manufactures Room Alert, the world's most popular environment monitor for business continuity plans, outage prevention, and workplace safety. Room Alert is made in the USA and proactively monitors environment conditions such as temperature, humidity, flood, power, smoke, and more. Room Alert is currently used in 187 of 196 countries by organizations ranging from thousands of small businesses to Boeing, Sprint, Microsoft, over 80% of the Fortune 1000, the United Nations, and many government agencies.

The new Heat Safety Monitor combines a Room Alert 3S monitor with a Digital Temperature & Humidity Sensor to provide comprehensive monitoring of temperature, humidity, and heat index. This proactive solution helps prevent heat-related stress and illness among staff by triggering alerts when temperatures and humidity levels reach unsafe zones. The Heat Safety Monitor helps organizations maintain compliance with standards set by regulatory agencies such as OSHA, Cal/OSHA, CCoHS and more.

The Indoor Air Quality Monitor combines a Room Alert 12SR monitor with a Digital Temperature & Humidity Sensor, Digital Temperature & Air Flow Sensor, and Digital Particulate Sensor. This combination offers a powerful solution for monitoring a wide range of air quality factors:
  • Temperature and Humidity: Ensuring occupant comfort and preventing mold growth.
  • Airflow: Monitoring for proper ventilation to reduce airborne contaminants.
  • Particulate Matter (PM10 & PM2.5): Detecting harmful pollutants such as wildfire smoke, industrial emissions, and allergens for improved respiratory health.
When any of these factors exceed pre-set thresholds, the connected Room Alert monitor instantly sends alerts via push notifications, email, or SMS, enabling organizations to take corrective actions and safeguard occupant health.

"These new Room Alert bundles address the growing concerns around heat stress and indoor air quality," said Richard Grundy, President and CEO at AVTECH. "By providing real-time monitoring and instant alerts, they empower facility managers to create safer and healthier work environments for their staff."
