ASHEVILLE, N.C. - ncarol.com -- Jan-Carol Publishing, Inc., of Johnson City, Tennessee, is proud to announce the nationwide release of The Green Knight: A Fairy Tale & A True Story by Anna L. Sobol.
Anna Sobol grew up in a family of avid readers who were willing to indulge her tendency to do everything with a book in hand (eating, brushing her teeth, etc.). Writing has been and continues to be her preferred creative outlet and reality decompression valve. In 2022, she happened upon the idea of expressing her adult life experiences in the form of a children's book, making her writing equal parts fairy tale and true story. She hopes her books inspire other unlikely first-time authors to do the same.
Sobol's latest book introduces readers to Candisi Avita, who loves being a Green Knight. But when she must choose a different path, she finds a new adventure that changes her life forever.
The Green Knight is Sobol's second book. It follows the release of The Princess: A Fairy Tale & A True Story which debuted in March 2023. Both books are illustrated by Blake Marsee, making them more than children's books, but truly works of art full of illustrations that will fascinate and entice young readers, and their parents alike.
