ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION, Md. - ncarol.com -- Atlantic Cruising Yachts (ACY) has expanded with a new partnership to represent Dufour Yachts in Texas and the Gulf Coast, the company announced Tuesday. This expansion comes on the heels of Dufour Yachts announcing ACY as its new U.S. dealer, covering New Jersey south through Florida. James Tiernan, former Dufour yacht owner who has years of experience and a strong reputation in the local Texas boating community, will be the President of ACY Texas, with offices headquartered in Kemah, the heart of Gulf Coast cruising in Texas.

With James' experience in the catamaran and charter market, he will also work hand in hand with ACY on developing and growing Waypoints^® yacht charters, opening new locations and placing new catamarans in bareboat and private charter locations worldwide.

One of the largest sailing yacht dealerships in North America, ACY has consistently been named Fountaine Pajot's worldwide Dealer of the Year. The company represents Fountaine Pajot power and sailing catamarans, and Dufour monohulls.
