CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alaris Acquisitions, LLC ("Alaris"), a team of merger-and-acquisition experts led by Allen Darby that works with a select group of wealth management firms by sourcing, negotiating, and closing new acquisition opportunities, announced today the expansion of its M&A team with two new company hires.

Bethany Muensterman, CFA® and Rick Muzik arrive during a fast-growth phase as the company accelerates expansion to meet intense demand during this next wave of market-moving deals. Alaris Acquisitions is on pace for its busiest year to date since the merger and acquisitions firm launched in September 2019.

Bethany Muensterman, CFA® joins as Director of Partnerships, where she will manage strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth and support further expansion into the Midwest and Southeast. Before Alaris, Muensterman worked at Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management as Vice President. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Ball State University Magna Cum Laude.

Rick Muzik also joins as Director of Partnerships, where he will provide support across multiple dimensions such as M&A strategy, portfolio review, and diligence. Muzik brings 15 years of asset management experience to Alaris Acquisitions. Before Alaris, Muzik served as an Independent Risk Management Consultant, working with United Capital (later acquired by Goldman Sachs) to create, develop, and scale successful risk management and insurance platforms for offices to utilize with their clients.
