83bar, the Patient Activation company
- Expands capabilities in Europe through strategic partnerships and management assignments
- Provides clinical study enrollment and patient recruitment services as extension of 83bar contact center
- Scales system to new markets and adds multiple languages for more patients

AUSTIN, Texas - ncarol.com -- 83bar has announced continued global expansion of its patient activation capabilities in Europe, through a combination of strategic partnerships and management assignments.

According to Bob Baurys, CEO of 83bar, the company will provide clinical study enrollment and patient recruitment services through the 83bar contact center. This is in addition to the company doubling capacity of its clinical contact center with additional nurses in the United States.

83bar has created a fully integrated digital health technology and concierge platform that enables individualized patient activation at scale. The company already has achieved dramatic growth with its process. With this strategic expansion, 83bar will grow its global contact center to educate prospective patients on clinical study details, qualify patients based on health history, use empathic communication skills, and assist in navigating the patient along the pathway to enrollment.

"We're excited about the greater international reach of our platform for patient outreach and clinical trial recruitment," says Baurys. "We are already achieving meaningful results for clients of marketed medical products, plus clinical study sponsors, investigator sites, and most of all, for patients."

The 83bar platform currently serves more than 50 healthcare clients and hundreds of physician practices and clinical trial sites worldwide.

Jerry Furness, vice president of client services at 83bar, has spearheaded the global operations expansion. Furness says, "Our client partners have seen how the four-part Patient Activation system helps build a predictable pathway that allows them to measure ROI. Now, we're pleased to not only scale the system to new markets, but also add multiple language capabilities for more patients to access."

Baurys adds, "The focus is to continue improving the quality of the patient experience and fulfill the real-world potential for clients' treatments. Every new market we move into will help demonstrate that potential even more."
