RALEIGH, N.C. - ncarol.com -- he Home Builders Associations (HBAs) of Raleigh-Wake (RW) County and Durham, Orange & Chatham (DOC) Counties present the 2023 Triangle Parade of Homes on September 30 – October 1, October 6-8 and October 13-15 from Noon – 5:00 PM. Known as the Triangle's Largest Open House, this self-guided tour showcases new home construction with innovative designs, products, and technology. A variety of homes will be on Parade, meeting the needs of home buyers in assorted price ranges, from budget-conscious shoppers to those looking for a grand estate.

Sponsored by Builders FirstSource, Chatham Park, Dominion Energy, Green Front Furniture, Walter Magazine, and New Homes & Ideas/New Home Guide, this no-ticket-needed event is free of charge and offers prospective buyers the opportunity to tour new homes in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Visitors tour Parade homes of their choice at their leisure during the above designated event dates; at each Parade home, books are available providing price and floor plan information, maps, and directions to all participating homes.

"The Triangle Parade of Homes is a great opportunity to check out new home building technology as well as the latest green building techniques," says HBA DOC Chief Executive Officer Holly Fraccaro. "Due to a shortage of new homes combined with strong demand, some of the Parade entries may be sold and unavailable for viewing. However, ALL homes may be viewed on our website, www.TriangleParade.com (live September 13, 2023)."

"Furthermore, the Triangle Parade event provides insight into the local real estate market," adds Paul Kane, HBA RW Executive Vice President/CEO. "Visitors will get a sense of current pricing trends, the types of homes available in the area, and community amenities in which Parade homes are located, all of which are valuable to those in the market for a new home or considering a move."

The HBAs of RW and DOC Counties are affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders and the North Carolina Home Builders Association. Together, these two associations serve more than 2,800 members composed of builders, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other professionals in businesses related to residential construction.
