MUNICH - ncarol.com -- Axiros, a leader in TR-069/TR-369, Unified Device Management, and zero-touch customer experience solutions, announced its launch of version 2.0 of their AX69, The All-in-One USP/TR-069 ACS Server for Remote Device Management.
Future-Proofing and Enhancements for Complex Needs
Over the past few months, the Axiros team has focused on future-proofing and enhancing its ACS product to meet clients' increasingly complex needs.
This latest version, AX69 2.0, embodies these efforts with a comprehensive upgrade to the latest generation of Axiros' carrier-grade ACS platform, AXESS Version 5.1.1. This integration incorporates many of AXESS's advanced features directly into AX69, significantly improving the platform's capability to implement new features rapidly and handle complex requirements efficiently.

The new version 2.0 of AX69 includes:
New Features
Revamped Support Portal: An entirely new Support Portal developed from scratch. It offers a faster, feature-rich, and modern interface, providing new metrics and enhanced user experience, as well as better future extendability.
Support for USP-Enabled Devices: AX69 now supports devices connected via the User Services Platform (USP), the successor to TR-069. USP-enabled devices offer efficient real-time data gathering and resolve connection issues with devices behind NAT, among other advantages.
Multi-Tenant Capabilities: Customers can now manage different tenants through users and devices with a tenancy graph. This feature ensures that user access is tenant-specific while admins maintain overall access.

Configurable System Settings: Admin users can change specific ACS settings at runtime, without contacting support or restarting the service. This includes enabling/disabling factory reset capabilities and configuring retention time for old CPEs.
Service Defaults: AX69 2.0 introduces a new way to define service defaults, replacing the "Global Settings" service. This enhancement allows defaults to be set for various services like VoIP, HSI, and WiFi, making service creation easier, and more straightforward.
Support for New Languages: The catalog of supported languages has expanded to include Italian, Polish, Japanese, Indonesian, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, configurable through user settings.
